Daryl got most of us moved today with Jan's brother's help. We had a "moving sale" this morning at Daryl & Jan's in town and we did real good with that. I sold my two end tables and my china cabinet for $200 (all together) - what a steal. I sold my two blue chairs for $50 complete as I knew I had to get rid of them. My good computer desk won't fit in here as it's way too big so I went off to Staples this afternoon and bought a smaller and cheaper table which is okay but certainly nothing like my good one. Daryl has my computer all set up and tomorrow we will need to tape the camera to the window but no tape tonight and it's late. My east cam should now say north cam and as far as I know, the kids will keep the west one going and Daryl will get the east one going on his computer when he gets it out here. Poor Bella has had a rough day. I was helping Jan with the moving sale and the guys were in and out of the house out here. One of the times they left the front door open to bring things to the cottage so Bella got out. Daryl figures she had to be out about 20 min. or so and when he realized she wasn't in the house, he started calling her and pretty soon he saw her sitting by Harold's truck panting like the dickens. Daryl actually picked her up and brought her in and she was really hot. She's very skittish in here now tonight in her new home and doesn't know what to think. No pictures of the inside yet as I still have too big of a mess and my new "front room" chairs are supposed to come this coming week. Now it's time to get used to a twin bed again so Bella might have a little harder time sleeping behind my legs now. |
