Pickles and Pansies

It may not be spring in Arkansas but it sure feels like it today! Highs in the 70's for the next couple days. I have taken down the outdoor Christmas lights and planted some new Pansy plants in my tri-tier flower pot. There are some left over Petunias in there too.

Over the weekend I canned 6 pints of mixed veggie pickles. (cauliflower, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, carrots, celery, zucchini, and pearl onions.) Three of regular flavor, three of spicy flavor. I'm the 'regular', Bill is the 'spicy.' Can't wait to open them, but my recipe said to let them sit and mellow a few weeks. I made them Sunday, has it been long enough already??
