What a great day to spend together. We began the day by working in the north garden.
Yep, re-arranging a few of the plants so that we'd get better coverage. We now have a variety
of hosta's around the pond. We also moved the azalea's to a more shaded area on the other side of the
walkway. The camellias and the ferns have really grown and that area is filling out nicely. After cleaning up, we ran a few arrands and picked up some stuff to bar-b-que for dinner. While John cut the grass, Cheryl started cooking and made a wonderful early Father's Day dinner, as he has to work tomorrow. The Italian sausage was great and Cheryl made almost two dozen so there'll be plenty in the freezer for leftovers. The hamberger's were huge and very juicy. We also had a side of potato salad. Mmmmm! |
