| Mugsy called Monday night (from Denver) at 11:30pm to say all her North side windows were broken out and they had hail, rain and broken glass all over the floor. Candy talked to her. Sounded as if the North side window - 2 / 30" wide in the kitchen and 1 / 6ft wide in the dinning room were effected? Both her and Dan + all the kids were safe and no body got any shower or hits themselves. They are taking the kids to Bob and Pat's (Dan's folks house a mile away) first thing this morn. That will get the 2 bigger kids away from the glass issue. That's no fun at all. Just got a call from Mugsy at 1pm Tuesday. They got power back late this morn and all that runs just fine. Dan had a mini generator that kept the frig running and the big freezer was solid and no problems. 3 basement windows, 3 main floor windows and 2 upstairs windows and the screen back door is a goner. The roof shingles will be a total. Don't know about the gutters, but they are probably on the list as well. Lots of broken glass inside the house and little if any inside water damage. The rain must have came before the hail and wind. Their Tahoe has a broken front window and hail damage. Their Camry also is beat up. They have good insurance all the way around.
