As most of you know I've been driving a 1987 Dodge Ram Charger. It has 227,000+ mile on it. Been a good truck. But it's being a pain, showing it's age etc. Over the weekend I found another truck. It's new to me, even though it's a 2006 model, GMC Sierra. To use Bobbys words, "its loaded".
My biggest happiness about the new truck is that it has A/C!!! My Dodge never did have A/C, and installing it now would be stupid since it would make the already bad gas mileage worse. This truck has all the bells and whistles for me. Cruise, power steering, windows, locks and drivers seat, child lock, seats 5, radio/cd combo, Bose speakers, cloth interior, automatic, air bags, (no not me) , back seat control for air and radio, step bar on each side, towing capacity, tow hooks on the front, fog lamps.
Seems to me it's like riding in pure luxury. Although I did allow my kids to smoke in the Dodge, no smoking is allowed in this vehicle. Just wanted to share with everyone!!! Granny Cuz is a happy camper.
