I went with Linda this morning (she drove) to Walmart. Linda and I were both saying the same thing that now that it's the 3rd of the month, our refrigerators can now be happy again. We were both talking about the difference in prices from Safeway to Walmart and I don't know how people afford to buy everything at Safeway. A horrible difference in almost every item. I bought a quart of buttermilk at Walmart and the container looks exactly like a quart of oil (for the car). Darlene and I were really laughing about that.
When we left here at 9:30 this morning, it was lightly raining and when we left Walmart the sun was out. After I got home, Darlene came down to pick up what she asked me to get for her at Walmart. While we were sitting here, all at once we had a (storm) cell go through (which only lasted about 1 minute) that had tiny hail in it so we both got up to look. Of course, on this metal roof, it's not hard to tell when it's hail.
