Walking

Darlene and I walked over to the new restaurant behind Rite Aid as it's only been open a month or so, if that. We had Deep Fried Sweet Potatoes and there wasn't enough grease on them to even show on the paper under them. They were really good and a lot of them. I think the place is just a little expensive but maybe I just haven't "grown with the times".

It is a real nice place and on one side, separate from the eating, is a lounge area with deep looking leather chairs and a huge TV. It is called Black Dog so I asked the owner where he got the name and he says he has three black dogs. They have a bunch of draft beers with names I've never heard of.

Just before we left home, we had a rain cell come through so when Darlene came down she said it's raining. We waited about 15 minutes and the rain went past with a blue sky again. It was so fresh outside and even though it was a little cool, it felt good and I had to take off my coat before I got back here.
