I live in a SHAG building "Senior Housing Assistance Group". They have decided to take the stucco siding off the south side of our three buildings and replace it all with Hardy Plank siding. The first floor has all brick, so they will leave that.
In order to do all this, they are going to remove all the trees on the south sides of our buildings and we will be the last of the three to have this done. They are going to replace the trees, they cut down, with hedges instead because the trees are getting too big and the roots are disturbing the walls surrounding the building. Here are some pictures including our courtyard.
One of our tenants on the first floor is a retired landscaper. He has taken over all the planting and care this year instead of a some of the women tenants.
