So we do mystery shops at our company, typical thing trying to see if we are doing our jobs right. The first store this season recieved a 65%...epic failure. The second store knew about the first stores failure and made sure his empoyees knew what to do and he only recieved a 76%...also a failure. 85% is the minimum to pass.

My District Manager held an emergency meeting to address the problem as this made her look very bad to her supervisors, ie: Regoinal manager and up. So the very next morning my District Manager texts me (on my day off) with...

"u recieved ur mystery shop this morning".

As you can imagine my first words were on the lines of "o %$#@". I texted her back with just the word...

"and?".

She texted me right away with...

"congradulations u recieved a 99%".

I about jumped out of bed screaming "woohoo"! Aced the first mystery shop at my store. I was the first half (of the mystery shop) with answering the phone call and my Assistant General Manager in training was the other half (of the mystery shop)...the greet. We did everything perfect, except calling the guest out to cash by name. My trainiee called her Ma'am instead of her last name. A 2 point loss out of 196. that gave us the 99%. So you can imagine how happy I am and how happy my District Manager is with me at the moment. I anticipate this helping my promotion, just not sure when at this point.
